Only look great if you add a 20 ft. whip antenna and mudflaps on all 4 corners-

You could run some wheel adapters to push the wheels out some. That's what some do with the L5's. I bit the bullet and did 13" CCW's with 345's. ouch!

i would say if you can only afford the quarters get them and wheel spacers until you can afford wider wheels and itll look fine.

I also want to put L5 quarters on my Z06 but, if I bite the bullet I will have to do it in stages. I will, most likely, buy the fenders and put them aside until I can save up for the rim / tire combination.
I think the fenders would look awkward without the bigger rubber / rims on.

cheapest option for wheels and tires is pick up someones stock c6z06 wheels and tires to stuff under there.

For a great looking street setup, get the 18"x12" C5 Z06 repros for the rear and run stock 18"x10.5" rears on the front.

If you want to fill out the L5's even more, run some spacers. I sometimes run the same DRM 3/8" spacers on the street as I do on the track with my 18"x12" CCW classics on the rear.
