Front bumper
So today a lady sitting at a stoplight decided to back up. she backed up right into me. her trailer hitch and exhaust pipe smashed my front bumper. Does anyone know where to get a OEM replacement. I want an original not a plastic one. Thanks

Is GM still making an OEM C5 front bumper? Hopefully, since this wasn't your fault, you will be able to take the car to a reputable body shop and someone there will know or demand this from the at fault person's insurance company. I know you said you wanted an OEM replacement, but you might want to consider a Tigershark front... I'm a fan, see avatar.

Burning Brakes
OEM bumpers are still available. Part number 10433080 . Not sure what you think the bumpers are made out of. They are a form of plastic, they're not fiberglass

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. GM front bumpers are out there. I just had to replace mine last Fall due to a suicidal possum.
