So it was over 100 today, hottest day of the year. I took the car out and it felt fine..I mean obviously there was a difference between 70 and now, but it wasn't like the other day which sparked this thread.
Turned out to just be bad gas...because I just put 20 bucks in from a different station and the car felt great.

I am sick of the heat too, I want to refinish my clear top so I can use it for the first time but I dont know if I want to lose the sun protection from my painted top. My car sits outside from 2 PM until the sun goes down while I am at work.
Luckily it is in the garage when I get out to go to work so it is only like 80 degrees in my car/garage instead of 100+
It's so effin humid I just can't bring myself to spend the next 2ish hours washing/waxing the Z. It's been 2weeks and it's killing me she's this dirty, but I seriously can't deal with the heat.
Though to be fair, during the week I spend my days working in a hangar on jets. That's enough to keep me from spending too much time outside on my AC filled weekends.
