[Z06] What did you do to your Z06 TODAY??
#2002
Did a Race The Runway event, 1/2 mile acceleration down an airstrip (no burnouts to warm up tires allowed). Running NT05's and had mild wheelspin all the way through first then hooked up. Never taken the Z to the drag strip and had no clue what to expect. Think I did pretty decent all things considered. Mine's a stock 01 Z.
Best result was a 12.69 1/4 mile and 1/2 mile top speed of 133mph.

After my cam install it's been smoking. 10 hours later, and 13 of 16 valve seals were damaged because of installer error. Pretty awesome having to redo work I paid someone to do... but you know the old saying: if you want something done right...
No more smoke. Yay!
And here's what my hand looks like two days later: Should have worn gloves (right Tech?)

Took The Stallion to Invisible Edge for full front, and side skirts clear bra installation.

Today I flushed the brake fluid, and installed steel braided brake lines.
Went to Americas Tires for wheel balance, and they found a nail, and a screw on my driver's side rear tire.
Kudos to Americas Tire.
Sh*t found a lots of bubbling on the newly installed clear bra.

Finally got a Ctek charger. IDK what I had been waiting for. Electronics started going bonkers. I guess I had barely enough charge in the battery to get it going. Running like a champ now!
