Hi,
I had the braided hose running under the red covers over to the drivers valve cover but the vacuum pump pulled to much oil into the catch can for that location.
Running it to the oil filler cap gets it up away from the splashing oil and now it barely pulls any oil. I left the hose long until I find the best location. Still testing.
Thank you,
Christian

I'm really interested in your grey foam piece that helps prevent the engine's hot air from getting to the air filter area. Did you buy this somewhere or make it yourself? Any differences in idle air temperature? And does it affect aerodynamics in any way?

Hi,
The foam was in the box used to protect a big TV I purchased. Logging the air intake temp with HPTuners the foam lowered the intake temp around 20 degrees. It is a 440ci big cam and runs hot in the summer, so 20 degrees made a big difference.
I actuall have some of the same foam in black that I will switch out. I dont think it did anything for areo.

Thank you
Christian

Well it was either the steering wheel controls or airbag. I ended up doing the SWC’s since who knows if the airbag would even work if I would’ve gone that route.

Put the hydro carbon fiber dipped brake ducts on. The local painter did a mediocre job but I put them on the car anyway. Also finished up the engine bay and the front end. Scraped the the new front splitter a couple times but so far it has survived, not going to lower the car at all. Added a small spoiler on the back too.

Removed that god awful BSM. Well, I'm around 10% done. The other 90% is removing the adhesive
