Drove a c6 rental (hertz) last week... really amazed how much power on tap that thing has, made me want to go back and add a few more ponies to my ride....
Currentlly have an intake, flash, headers, z06 exhaust, and 4.10 gears.
Was thinking if there was a super charger kit available, I may add that on... I'm sure tons of people have done it, whats the best route?
Alternatively, any other thoughts on adding power? s/c seems the easiest route... only other avenues I can think of are heads/cam/new motor :-)

Relatively simple as far as supercharger kits. Contact A&A or ECS. If your really going to do a supercharger then your gonna want to ditch those 4.10's

Yes,
There are many kits available. You should check out the C5-Forced Induction section of the forums. Lots of info there.
There a a few diferent options.
Centrifugal type superchargers fit in the engine bay, but are a bit more difficult to install. They also generally produce the most power.
The two biggest manufacturers of kits are ECS and A&A.
There are also roots types, that replace the intake manifold. These are easier to install, but the extra height requires a new hood with clearance. They generally make a little more torque down low but not as much power.

There are a number of superchargers available for the C5 - Magnuson, Procharger, Vortex, A&A, etc. All will get you a lot of extra HP. You could also add a head/cam and get a nice gain.
You should have no problem finding someone to trade your 4.10's for stock 342's. I would definitely be on the lookout for a zo6 diff with 342's
Yes, but it is necessary to swap?
I just spent over $1k last year on rebuilding the rearend (the "performance" shop that did it used crappy parts and the rearend died).
I'll start lurking in the FI forums... nothing pressing right now, just exploring.

Its kinda necessary to swap. With 500hp you will have zero traction.
A supercharger is gonna give you more power, no doubt. You're gonna have to do an up graded clutch, definetely 3:42 rear, and it will become alot more fuel quality sensitive, might need a meth injection kit. Might consider a mild cam and head package, you'll get a good improvement. With the mods you already have what did you get for rwhp? And you mention flash tune, you might want to also consider a dyno tune by a competent tech.

Gears change the rear end tire to engine RPM ratio. The higher the numerical gear, the slower the rear tires spin. But this reduction in RPM also comes at the increase of rear end torque. So going from 3.42 to 4.10 slows the tires by about 20%, but also increases torque 20%.
That's why gears make your car "feel" faster and helps light the tires up. More torque. Now you bump your torque up even higher with the Supercharger, and you've got an aweful lot of torque.
4.10's are common with cars that go head/cam, since the larger cam specs make the low end pretty weak. The gears somewhat make up for that. I'd suggest going with a centrifugal type setup if you want to keep the gears. At low RPM/low gear, you won't be in boost and it will drive virtually stock. But hold on when you mash the pedal.
