OEM for coupes, at least. Not sure how it would work with convertibles or FRC.
Bag included the cargo shade as well as a net for storing small items so they did not roll around the cargo area.

But the net is so unobtrusive, storing it would take up more real estate.

Thanks guys so I know it is OEM factory stock but still do not know if it is for my Convertible as someone gave me these bags for free.
