Longtubes with Stock Catback???
My question is for the guys who have aftermarket Longtubes with midpipes but still retain the stock catback...
How loud is it?? And how does it sound??
Post up any videos you have...
I'm about to buy longtubes + X-pipe, but I'm having trouble convincing myself on spending an extra $1,xxx just for a catback system when I doubt it will really pick up that much more horsepower/exhaust tone over keeping the stock catback.... that $ would be in better use towards a heads/cam package!
All thoughts welcome...

I drive an Ls1 view sig for mods.... I don't have any experience with your question as a corsa catback was my first mod besides tint lol if I did have a Z06 I may have ran the stock titanium mufflers and I even considered them to quiet my car downa lot of boosted cammed cars etc run titanium catback... If I were you I would do the longtubes and decide from there but putting the money to a cam does sound like more fun
