Default '97-'00 Corvette TPMS To '01-'04 TPMS Conversions Available – www.gmpartshouse.com

Hi All,

Thanks for taking a look at the TPMS/Key FOB conversion thread. You guys have been asking for this for a while, but the parts haven't been available and now they have started to become available again. I have put together a kit and a special price for you on this conversion. The kit is $395. If you are interested in only doing one key fob instead of two, that is fine. Just let me know and I can help you out with it. Click on the link below to order from our website.

Thanks,
Gene.

Wow! If you need to replace your TPMS sensors, you'd be a fool not to upgrade.

Buy this. This is a good package-price and works like a charm.

Ask me how I know.

I am also suggesting this now as I'm getting a little worried about the 97-99 and then the 00 key fobs. Both have been on backorder for several months. If they decide to discontinue them now people are going to be screwed.!

No they won't but you can easily sell them to recoup part of your cost.

I think I am going to get this. Post up an email address so I can send you a list of things I need for my truck. I want to just order it all at once. Switches and outside temp sensor are what I need. Lights are out in airbag and headlight switch.

My right rear tire pressure sensor is out and one of the front sensors works some of the time on my 97. Is it difficult to install?

It is not a hard install. There are several threads on the forum here on how to install. I would do a search for those and check them out before you purchase.

email sent. My RR tire sensor is slow to come on as well but I may wait to install the kit. I am wanting to get 2000 wheels when I get new tires.

Default Installation of Kit

I have been wanting to do this conversion.

However I have read that it is not a simple unplug and plug new one in.

Does this upgrade require wiring change / splicing ?

Thanks for the reply

placed my order yesterday.

i will not be installing this kit right away, as my Y2K coupe still has working TPMS. i plan to keep this car for quite a while, so i consider this an investment in the future.

thanks for the great deal Gene. i will continue to do business with you and recommend you to my friends.

This is a plug and play deal except for having to change the connector. I strongly suggest anyone who doesn't have a 2001 and up to consider getting this if they need sensors as GM has not made available to us the 97-99 and 2000 key fobs for a few months now. That is not a good sign. If you're interested in purchasing the kit with or without other components please email me directly, gene@gmpartshouse.com.
