Just ordered. Look forward to seeing this in action. I leave my galaxy smartphone in the centre console and it gets damn hot in there. Always worried its going to wear out the battery faster - apparently lithium batteries hate heat.

Well, after 6 years, I've decided to drop the coin and ordered one today. 
Seriously, I just upgraded my DD head unit to a new Kenwood with Apple Car play and ran the USB connection through the power supply in the center console so that's where my iPhone is going to be placed now and thought it would be a good idea to keep the center console as cool as possible.
