The fixed headlights required design and manufacturing of the Mounting frame, Main lenses and shrouds. The Shrouds alone cost an arm and a leg to develop and included 3D laser scan CAD modeling and CNC machining to make the mold. IN addition, these also use a second set of projectors. Production of these lights are a higher cost so the selling price has to reflect that.

The ACA lights require far less materials and the R&D was relatively painless (just a lot of measuring and testing in-house) so i was able to keep the price for these at competitive level. Most of the modifications were exactly that, correcting a design flaw which in this case was much less expensive than engineering a kit from the ground up.

Looking forward to this upgrade.
Correct. There's always bounce, but with OEM lights you just can't see it as distinctly.

Update:

I was able to pickup the Adapter brackets from the shop yesterday. Tested them on a set. Everything looks good. I've also moved away from using silicone to seal the plate to the housing in favor of OCI Butyl rubber glue (specifically designed for water tight seals and MUCH easier to work with without making a mess or waste.

There are 17 orders to fill and I'm looking to have them all modified today. I'm not sure if i will be able to ship them out today as well, but if not they will go out first thing Monday morning.

I appreciate your patience and assure you the wait will be well worth the product.

were these cancelled as no longer on website.....and might prefer this rather than stealth cannons. I see the modification but not complete package...unless just wants us to buy the ACA ourselves and then do modification afterwards. Guess will contact JWM or Radioflyer (after his move) to see if they can still get them.

The housings we used are currently back-ordered. We are expecting a re-stock in the next couple of months at which we will put them back on the website.

Sorry I missed this. Would like to get in when you have more. Can you email me as well with timing and prices, or will you do another GP at these prices? Thank you.
