Default Where do you guys pick up Corvette accessories?

I was just wondering where are the best places to get C5 accessories? I was looking for the piece that fits over top the console. I believe it has the Corvette logo on it. Thanks for your help!

I use Mid America and Corvette Central a lot myself. My console cover came from Mid America. But I also buy things from ads the vendors place here in threads as well. it just depends. Vette Essentials is a popular choice for interior items but I find them to be a little more expensive myself. But their quality is good from the items I've seen. east Coast Corvettes and West Coast Corvettes are other popular choices.

DD Mods is a popular choice here as well. There's a list of vendors on the left of the screen and I don't think you can wrong with any of them.

I too used MA and CC but when it comes around to say stainless steel screens for the different openings I use one vendor. The reason is the quality of the metal but also the screens all have the matching g slant or grid pattern. I know sounds silly, but once you've blown $100.00 or so you start thinking "What else did I do by mistake?"

Some vendors do have a higher quality on certain specialty items.

corvette mods is a great forum member and vendor. in addition depending on what it you are looking for (besides the cover you mentioned), many of the vendors "specialize" in one area of parts or another. radioflyer and jwmotoring are great when it comes to service in the lighting area (although jw is expanding the product line they have into exhausts, etc). keen parts is another vendor that i use often and get great customer service from them also. your question is very open ended and will probably get as many different vendors for the answer as members who respond. westcoast corvette is a specialty supplier with great stuff as is GS creations. the list goes on pretty much forever. try to support the forum vendors who more than do their share to keep this place going.

All the above mentioned are great. On some items, Ebay isn't bad.

Sometimes you can get free shipping at ebay from stores that won't give it to you on their website. And other times I see things on sale on a website and then they jack up the shipping.

It's all a game, you just have to find what you like, at a price you're willing to pay, and go for it.

Ecklers - $65 for some decals that fit in a regular envelope. When it landed, it eventually cost me $145.93. Never again.

For most of my custom mods, aka lights, double din center console, new leather, I have used our Forum vendors.

For other generic Corvettes parts, shirts, etc., Mid-America is usually my first stop.

Shop price and quality and shipping for any mod. Most Forum Supporting Vendors are very good. Some are better than others.

I have bought from many CF Vendors. Develope relationships and they treat you right! Also, when deals are good,,,let everyone here know. I do!

Thanks to the many vendors that have been straight up with me,,,you know who you are!

Like many of the guys I try to use Forum vendors if possible.

Living in England, it's often the price of shipping which decides whether I go with a purchase. It can double to cost of an item.

The only vendor I won't use is Ecklers due to their terrible customer service.

I used Redline Goods for my console cover and shift boot.
