Vette Essentials has the best, but likely not the least expensive. FYI, these things don't have enough padding to do much for comfort

Default Door armrests

I bought a real nice color coded embroiled set from CovetteAmerica. But Mid-America is without a doubt the cheapest.

We offer them. I didn't take pics but I do have the black with white stitching in mine. It adds a nice touch to the interior for sure.

Cheapest? Probably some nice wash cloths and super glue.

Best? Vette Essentials, JW Motoring and DSV to name a few.

If MidAmerica has them, I'm sure they're probably the cheapest but you probably won't like the quality. I have Vetteessentials for many years now and they look as perfect as the day I installed them. Their quality is excellent, regardless of whatever the price is now. They will cover them in any combination you want. I have a custom two tone on mine.

I have the Vette Essentials arm rests on mine and like them a lot. They do provide more comfort than just the stock door has, easy to install and quality is top notch.

Vendors like Mid-America probably have them cheaper, but I wanted the quality to go with the rest of my VE interior.

Here's a pic of mine installed:

There are some very nice armrests posted on this thread. However, do you buy them for looks or for the need to actually have additional padding/comfort on the door panels?

I was out driving yesterday and I don't think my left arm ever really touched that area of the door. My right hand was on the shift **** and my left hand was on the steering wheel the majority of the time.

For those who don't think they are worthwhile, before installing them my elbow barely touched the door panel. The added width and height makes them a comfortable place to rest my elbow while driving and the little bit of padding is more comfortable too. BTW, mine look like the picture of VJack's door. The tops are black with the bottom/sides done in silver to match aluminum trim in my interior. Never had problem with them since I bought them.
