I only use Adams and have since almost day one with my C5 (6 plus years), and customer service is only one of the reasons for my loyalty.

Adam's customer service is definitely better than their products.

Did the OP join CF just to plug Adams products? I'd try them someday, it I could possibly use up all my Zaino products. They last a long time, and make an impossible shine, so....

Default I agree

I called today and left a message. When the guy called me back he was very rude. I had questions regarding their products and what I should use. He just brushed me off and gave me a phone number to what I believed was a dealer. When I called the "dealer" he told me I could not buy from him. He was surprised that someone at Zaino would give me his number. I am sorry to say this and I might be stepping on some forum members toes but I have a hard time finding someone nice in the NY and NJ area. I deal witha lot of people from this area and 90% are pompus A$$es. Looks like instead of being called Zaino it should be insaino. It may be an excellent product but their customer service stinks. IMHO

Order it on-line then you don't have to talk to him. I ordered my Zaion on-line and it was delivered in a few days.

For those of you that need Zaino please contact Carl. He will be more than happy to help you out. Carl is very helpful, and always has time to answer questions.

I have been using nothing but Zaino for about 9 years now - order about twice a year and use their products every day, but I have never "called" them. I place all my orders online through their web site (which could definitely stand an upgrade, along with their entire branding, but gets the job done).

As far as their attitude, don't really have any first-hand experience with them, but could not be any worse than some other Forum vendors I am dealing with. One charged my credit card several hundred dollars "last year" for a product I still have not received. I am also out about 10 long distance phone calls to get my bi-weekly lie about how it is shipping out next week. Bored with waiting, I placed a totally non-confrontational post on this forum (did not even mention the vendor) simply asking what other people's experience may have been with the product I was waiting on, only to get unloaded on and called names by that vendor for just posting a innocent question!

Can you imagine charging several hundred dollars on someone's card, lying to them about shipping dates repeatedly for almost half a year and then cussing them out for just posting a "question" about the product? Not even a "complaint"? I finally asked for a refund last week and their response was call back (long distance) in a few days and we will see!

In my business, I am not even allowed to collect money until a product ships... must be nice to float on someone else's dime!

At least with Zaino I have always received my order promptly after I pay.

Have never tried Zaino, but I do use Adams products. No complaints here from either the product quality or the customer service.

I also use Zaino and it is a very good product. I did all my research on line and ordered on line. I can understand your disappointment when you call and can't get the info you need specially since it is expensive stuff and you want to get only what you will need. They have some confusing overlapping products and it can be difficult to determine exactly what you need.

I tried Zaino back when I first got my car but I didn't like the way it looked on black. It's not a wax and it left the black looking faded because it was so shinny. I'm a believer in a good quality was on a black car.

As for the company customer service, I have heard this many times from different people. Back several years ago when they changed their product there were lots of people asking questions. I know if you don't use that product just right you will have problems.
