I just noticed these from Actionautoaccessories.com. They are Titanium black...a bit pricey but they look great. Anyone have these?

I thought Ecklers still carried them. Not sure if they are the originals or not.

As much as I like this I'm trying to wrap my head around if it would be possible and how much work would be involved to cut out the pressed in letters on our C5s butts and rig up a light to illuminate the letters in brake light red. Anyone know if the lettering is flush on the inside of them? Perhaps a lot of patience and a dremel...Hmmmmm...

Another shot.
To answer a PM, they are the raised 3 dimensional insert that is made of 3M material. I got them in chrome from Vette Works International, here: http://vetteworksintl.com/3DC5rearletters.html

I ordered some last night (different company specializing in custom emblems/hydrographics), but I'm keeping with my black/pewter theme.
