Going to purchase F14 18x10.5 ET 60 fronts and 19x11 ET 54 rears for my c5Z.

Hoping to save $$ by using my OEM supercar rear tires for the new front wheels, and then purchasing new rear tires only. Question is, will the 295/35/18s rub up front with the new wheels? I know there's dozens of threads on this but every thread says something different. Car is lowered on aftermarket bolts but no other mods that would affect clearance.

Also, do I go with 305/30/19 or 305/35/19 rears to keep the proper rake/tire size ratio? Anyone ever done this and have pictures?

I know a few members run OEM C5Z 18x10.5 wheels up front, but not sure what tire size they use. Regardless, a 295/35R18 is about 26.2" tall. That is significant on a lowered car. Most of us run 265/35 or 275/35 fronts. If I ran a 295-305mm front tire, I would definitely use a 30-series profile.

If you run a 295/35R18 front tire, you would definitely want the 305/35R19 in the rear to keep the ratio close. The 305/30R19 is actually almost the same height as a 295/35R18. Not to mention the front sidewall height would look silly compared to the rear. A 305/35R19 is really tall at 27.4", so you would have to raise the rear of the car for clearance, I would bet.

Ordering wide fenders for the rear, want to swap my rear 19x11 for some super deep concave. What size wheel and offset will I need? Ideally would like the same look as tcruse but he sold his car.

The vendor should know this that you are purchasing from so they will take out the guess work.

Yes, road race guys have done this, but if it's street use I wouldn't recommend it. It taxes the steering system.

You can run 12" wide in the rear. Check out our customer's setup before he switched over to the Forgestar M14 wheels.

Add a power steering cooler, and upgrade to synthetic race fluid.

The ride is coming along nicely and looks even complete with the front lip now!
That front lip looks perfect on your car in this pic. This picture convinced me to order the same lip.

I know this is an old thread but about to go with this exact setup, 01 base, and trying to save myself the trouble you went through by planning ahead. I’m looking at running the 19x11 +55mm on these wheels but seen you had issues with the center caps. How did the raised center caps work out? We’re they lose fitting? Also, did you have any rubbing issues running those 305/35/19 in the rear? Thanks.

@JoeyMiller504 I replied to your other thread and just so you don't set yourself up for disappointment, these poke out
