These 505's look awesome on every car I've seen them on. My opinion is, I don't much care for black wheels on anything. There have been a few cars where I'd say, "eh, that looks pretty darn nice", but those are rare cars. Especially in a photo, black wheels are about as drab as it gets. Grey, that I think looks good. On white, I'd say Grey is the only color choice I'd use other than polished aluminum. By a long shot, polished alum is my favorite wheel finish.

If the wheels are all black, I don't care for that. But, a black stripe or some accents, that I think looks sharp on some cars.

Ultimately, I think it's more about the wheel than the color. Some wheels can get away with stuff others cannot. Sorta like sticking a tight dress on the wrong girl.

Those CCW's look great on your car! I would say my car is already fairly aggressive looking, I'm kind of leaning towards the gloss gunmetal. Not black, but still dark and aggressive looking. I like aggressive looking

For those same reasons I just switched from Chrome to Gunmetal barrel with machine silver face TSW. I'm hoping I get a little bling value from the silver and a little style/aggressive value from the gunmetal two-tone look. We shall see...

While I might personally lean towards chromed with a white car, I saw a beautiful condition C4 last week that had all white wheels and I thought the look was amazing.

FWIW, I think white and black cars are the only ones with which wheels can be color matched tastefully.

Gloss gunmetal with machined spoke faces and same color gunmetal used on lower bumper recess.

That would look good but I would have to have the spoke faces machined myself, which I'm sure would more than double the cost of the wheels!

Been busy working When not working I have been catching up on house projects and helping out my bro with his Miata that he has turned into a track car.

The CCW's with black centers look great on the white FRC's I have a set of then up in the garage for SW Z06, but haven't had the time to put them on.

That is correct, it's old from 2002. That's when the original owner did all of the work including the body.

every show i go to i get compliments on the wheels. the pics do them no justice, every show i went to i would be lucky to see one other car (not corvette) with black chrome wheels.
