polish/wax?

You can see how it brought forth the paint pigment. That is because the Sun was able to penetrate the surface and not be reflected from clear coat unevenness. I say all of this not to confuse you but to open your eyes to the possibilities!

What's your experience level?

I wash the car with Dawn Detergent first, Clay bar it and then apply the Rejex - car's finish is smooth as silk
PS i apply the Rejex to the cars exterior surfaces, windows, windshield and wheels !!

when I started using his product.. I could get about three complete polishings out of a bottle.. 5 oz. Now I can get ten polishing from the same bottle.. putting it on thick was a waste of product and it also took forever to dry. here are some tips..
the very first thing i do is to put a few cotton white towels in the dryer... cotton absorbs moisture especially in the summer when its humid.. the way you can tell is if you put a towel up to your check and it feels cold, it contains moisture. this moisture in the towel will not remove the Zaino, it will just push it around. So I put a few towels or micro fiber towels in the dryer... let it run on hot. this will also soften the towel. now here is the application.. I take one of my 50 cotton pads, I spray a little bit of gloss enhancer on the face of the pad, not a bunch just one or two sprays.. now I start at the driver side front fender.. I put two or three drops ( no more ) and then massage that into the front fender.. the gloss enhancer helps to thin it out.. those few drops will do the front fender, then I move on to the driver side door , a couple of drops and massage the door...by the time I finish the door.. the front fender is dry.. yes it takes about 8 minutes.. then I go in and get two towels out of the dryer... buff off the front fender, then go on to the rear divers side quarter panel.. again a couple of drops and massage.. after this is done I go and get another warm towel and buff the driver side door which is now dry. then I go and get another warm towel... BTW when I'm done with the buff towel it goes back in the dryer. then I go over and repeat this on the passengers side., then I do the hood roof and trunk.. I sometimes do the hood trunk and roof first.. then when I'm all done I wipe the whole car down using gloss enhancer... this whole process takes no more than 30 minutes. I also use clay when I feel the paint needs it.. usually no more than once a year and always in the summer. Car looks amazingly wet all the time.
Hope this helps
I do not put any polish on the pad, I count the drops I put on each part of the car .. I do agree when I first started using Zaino I had to let it dry over night.. now that I know how to use it, its very easy and the car speaks for itself.

I do have these though
I used the mirror glaze and carnauba. Others I've tried before with no success.

I use all Zaino products on my car and would not use anything else.
I have heard that Adam's is good stuff too though.
Toque
You always want to use the least invasive method to achieve your desired result. For instance Meg's 205 is less aggressive and is easier to work with. It can also be bought over the counter.
If your not skilled in the use of a Rotary buffer I would suggest you go to your local Auto body shop and ask them for an old panel to practice on until your comfortable using it on your Vette.
P.S. Trash the rubbing and polishing compounds.
