Default Having issues lowering the rear

I just put new tires and rims on. I want to lower the rear some. Its at stock height now. The bolt just wont turn. And I dont want to break anything. Also is there any issue lowering the rear?
Thanks

Hit it with some PB Blaster. If all else fails cut it off. You can get longer grade 8 bolts from places like Fastenall. With longer bolts you have a greater range to lower. No problems lowering rear as long as you match the change with the front. Plenty of threads onthis topic.

Just try saturating it with PB Blaster, let it soak a while and try again....
