This is what i call stupid. The apex of the flare is to the front. You dont see that on the driver side
Evil twin. Yours look nice and your car made me buy them. But when my car was all done they looked nothing like yours.
L5 for the win

IM going to flip an image of my car so that its oriented the same way as yours. So maybe we can see the difference. Not quite the same angle but close enough maybe. If it wasn't raining out right now I would take a photo using a similar angle and distance too. AS a photographer I can see the shadow above your actual flairs accentuate the flair itself, making it very much in your face. because of the lighting, my flair seems to be less in your face and more subtle, yet I can get 13.5 inches of rubber under my flairs. My car appears to be longer than yours but it really isn't.
That Zaino finish does jump right out at you, doesn't it... I sometimes forget how shiny and wet it makes my car.

Did you buy the fiberglass ones or the carbon fiber ones.? With the different quarter used in a FRC, or a Vert, I can see what you are talking about. The quarter is not flattering, but is it the fact that it is an FRC ? and that possibly, the CC quarter used for the Vert and FRC has a design flaw. I am truly sorry that my car made you purchase these quarters. I can see your reasoning to bad mouth what you got. Not sure if they made any adjustment to the design, but mine seem to work, and look like they came from the factory. But then mine is a coupe.

the inner ducts from Breathless performance are GM part numbers, they are the same inners that are used on the Z06. You can get them from GM too.
Just some FYI.. I was the first person to do this mod the way I did it...those BPP ducts were designed to go over top of the rocker panel, not be molded in. Even the instructions say they are an overlay.
when I did mine 14 years ago, it inspired about a dozen members to do it. then it went quiet here for many years.. Now there have been a few more people going with wide quarters and adding the BPP ducts. IM flattered that my car has been an inspiration to some of the members...
They really look like they grew there from the Corvette design studio.

looks good tcruse, badass car for sure
but not to nit pick, im surprised no one else noticed this, or maybe its just me, maybe its the photo angle or the lighting
but the wheel arch seems to be to have bigger gap on front side compared to rear side

Burning Brakes
Think it's the angle and lighting looked at other photos and they don't look like that. Lol that's why I usually have people take pics of it because I'm a firefighter not a photographer man.
Edit... I looked at another photo that I didn't like and looks like the back of the fender has no room between the tire but looks like there a lot of space in the front so who knows.

Advanced
My panels have all been painted and I am in the process of reassembling the car. After which the shop will wet sand and final buff. The rears went on here and I took a few quick shots. These are the fiberglass quarters from Corvette Creationz. The rear brake vents are from Breathless Performance (though the actual ducts have gone MIA and I may have to purchase replacements if I cannot locate the originals soon). ET's car was also the inspiration for both the quarters and the rear ducts. Front fenders are L5 flares. I will be delayed in finishing reassembly as I have to go out of the country for the next three weeks, but it is coming back together. The inner fender liners are not yet installed as I am adding the extensions I got from a forum member.
any ideas?
