Actually given the keys size in comparison I doubt if it's a shift ****. My guess is an old time door lock ****.

That's undoubtedly a shift **** from a blue 71 396 Chevelle with raised white letter tires. The car had a small ding in the right rear quater panel. Previously owned by a guy with a mullet.

Crossed checkered flags would indicate aftermarket, rather than Chevy, so I would guess it's an old shift ****, with a value of about $1.50.

Seeing that the item is closer in the picture than the keys makes it look larger than it is, There is no way it is a shift ****, OP, What is the diameter of said ****?
Also OP, You can contact a mod and have them change your forum name or correct the spelling.

I bet it's a steering wheel ****, popular in the 60's and 70's so you can spin the wheel quick. Went outta style when people started smashing their faces on them in accidents!

I swear, us CF members can get in the longest conversations over trivia. But I will admit that I read the whole thread.
