You bought a 4 cylinder because V8s aren't good on gas?

Just messing with you, how do you get that kind of MPG in the city??
no idea really, I drive it normal I guess, sometimes I get on it leaving stop lights and other times I don't. the speed limits 40mph in most places so when I get to 40 I put it in 6th gear and just drive. Kansas is pretty flat to so maybe that helps

I had it tuned after long tube headers and a K&N cold air intake, 348hp at the tires now so its pretty stock.

2001 like mine is not as expensive since they come out the bottom. Dealership charges just under $1000 to do both last time. Had mine replaced twice so far under warranty.

Went to a local garage also a couple months ago and they quoted me $3,000 (not).

Not really in to draining my tanks of gasoline in my garage!

I like my 25-26mpg on the highway. I'm around 1800 rpm at 80mph.

Average is about 15 mpg. So I'd guess I get about 9-10 mpg in town....maybe less.

About to change to 4.10 gears. It'll be interesting to see how it affects fuel milage.
