Default Messed up garage, lots of work needed.

My C5's bedroom is a wreck! After so many jobs over the last couple of years fixing this, upgrading that, and changing these parts out my garage looks like a battlefield littered with wreckage! It's going to take some serious housecleaning to straighten it up.

So how many of you have a shop as cluttered up as this? I know there are many of you that have shops that you could drool over and eat off the floor, but what about those of us who don't have such pristine showrooms?

that's actually better than most 'car guys" . . .

The last 2 houses I've done built in cabinets/work bench, a storage room, finished floors and a built in stereo . . as well as HVAC - -I've done a light restoration on 3 cars -- but probably not as much as you've done to your beautiful machine !

I hose it out and mop it - - all the OCD things you might expect . . .

Ha....no sympathy here!!

I would love to have that space to work on my car!! Cluttered or not

I'm curious what sort of comments you have been getting on your underhood stripe....

That has been the most positive aspect of my many mods, mostly "Hey, that's pretty cool!"

This is the "neat" section

I posted this pic before and everyone wanted to know what the roadkill laying in the floor was. Just my trash pile from sweeping the floor.

Love the superbird! When I was going to school I worked at QT nights in Overland Park many years ago.

Mine is at least as cluttered.

I wonder why you don't also have a lot of parts everywhere also? It seems like I always either have parts I am going to do a project with, or parts I have just taken off. I have a bunch of exhausts, wheels, tires, transmissions, axles, etc.

I need to clean and organize my garage. Perhaps some day when I catch up on the projects?

Rick - considering all the things you've done to your car lately, I think your garage looks pretty good. I'm afraid mine would be a disaster area.

I have a storage shed with all the OEM panels, seats, bezels, and whatnots.

Oh, I still have the next project lined up which is the supercharger install. That's going to be a mess I'm thinking?

I try to keep mine neat. If I don't, then the car don't fit.

Cool toys boys. Mine is a mess to between Ranger and all the fishing rods/lures, golf clubs, the Ultra Classic scooter & Nicholas toys there's hardly any room for the Vet. Since March the Cherokee has been in the driveway, I parted with the aluminum row boat, Benz is at my buildings garage and at the Ps is the Opera Coupe. Talk about scattering everything everywhere
