I hope to keep my ToqueZ06.com name....

I asked the question... "How much will it be after the 3 years?"
They said it will be the same price 3 yrs from now for another 3 yr plan.
I will call them again to verify with another person tonight.

I got the EPP key from my domain to give to this other hosting site.
http://www.hostmetro.com/

I'll see how this goes later tonight when I call them.

Its not that I can't afford $200....
Its just that I don't think I need to pay that for such a small little site I have.
I could be using that money for more mods.... or gas....

Hopefully there will be no down time on ToqueZ06.com !

that looks like a good deal for a low bandwidth site. 1 click script installs are also nice. just make sure to backup all your files and it should be an easy change over

I always keep a mirror image of my web site on my laptop.

I don't think my web site pulls enough bandwidth to need anything special...

I use 1and1 for four different sites (one account, so all the bills come through the same way). I've been very happy with their customer service the few times I've needed help, their spam blocker for email is flippin awesome, and the amount of storage you get even with a basic account is pretty darn good by my books.

Hope you find something fast - the information you have on your site is a great resource.

I was just checking out the wheel section to make sure the CCWs I am trying to buy are the right sizes (they are). I reference your site regularly.

Thanks so much for keeping it going.

Toque, I use InMotionHosting.com and have been pleased. I've used several hosters over the years, and, by a wide margin, IMH's support is the best. PM me if you'd like more info, have questions, or if you're interested in piggybacking on my account, either as a trial or indefinitely.

I pay $107.88 / year to host my site on GoDaddy. You can check the specifics, but the site has several GBs of storage as well as free access to email accounts, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.

I actually have several domains registered to my account and each costs ~$12.50 / year.

I use dream host for my sites. I have a couple and the lady has a photography one. It's like 10/month or so to host as many domains as I care to register. And they have a host of other services other than just hosting.

F that..

So my web site is going down for a while until I find a Web host cheaper.

I use Ipower.com for my business. It's about $100 per year with 3TB of throughput per month, and a 3 TB storage capacity with unlimited emails.

https://www.ipower.com/

Tell them Jim from Scumback Speakers & Cabs referred you. Maybe I'll get something out of it.
