ARH and ECS
I had a header install and dyno tune done yesterday at Carlisle and would like to let folks know that Nick and his men with American Racing Headers and Doug and his crew at East Coast Supercharging did a great job on my 2004 Z06.Everyone was very professional and took time to answer all my questions.I didn't have a baseline dyno to compare but even with a conservative tune it gained about 30 hp.The car was much more responsive at low to mid rpm's which is perfect for the street.Thanks again guys and have a safe trip home.

ECS uses a Dynapack and they said the average 04 Z06 is about mid 340 hp area on it.I went from the header install to the dyno and it ran 354 hp and 353 lb ft before tuning and 373 hp and 371 ft lb after.Gain of 18 from a very safe tune with a/f 12.6.Not sure what the headers add but i would guess maybe 10 hp or so.Also have a Vararam but not sure if that even does anything at the dyno.Now to convince the wife that the cam and heads are worn out and need replaced.
