Sell C05 with mods or without
Let me start by saying happy holidays to everyone reading my post/thread.
I am thinking to sell my 2001 AT4 Coupe COrvette. I would like to know should I sell it with all the add-ons / modifications I have done to it or return it to stock. To name some of the mods
1. Performance Hood Seal, Hatch/Trunk Seal Kit, Lower Door Seals, Tail Light Seals,
Sound Deadener,
2. C6Z51 F&R Swaybars w/metal end links,
3. C6Z06 Shocks, TPS C5Z06 Slotted Rotor set and Stainless Steel Brake Lines,
4. Intake Vararam VR-B2 with C5 Air Coupler and ZO6 front screens,
5. Rear Brake Scoop/Duct Package,
6. Key remote auto start,
7. Kenwood DNX 6160 with rearview camera,
8. Homelink sunvisor,
9. Heated Seats,
10. Tinted Windows,
11. Lloyd's Floor & Trunk Mats with logo.
etc.
Let me have your thought
Thanks

None of those mods except maybe the radio and double din bezel are worth the time and trouble to remove and resell. If the car is sorted and doesn't need work now then it makes exactly zero sense to start wrenching on it to remove parts to sell for a few hundred bucks total.
That said, don't expect them to add much if any value to the selling price you ask for/get either. Those are minor mods.

Most of those mods are negligible, I would probaly remove the sways and the intake if you feel like pocketing a couple $100 (assuming you have the stock parts laying around).
Remember that none of those mods increase the price of the car though.

You'll get more money total by returning to stock and then selling the mods separately. Things like the stereo, sway bars, floor mats etc. will easier to sell than (now) used C6Z06 shocks and slotted rotors. Your other stuff may not get you any more money out of the deal, but may put your car on the short list for potential buyers. I guess it also depends how much your time is worth to do the work to remove and sell the mods.

Non stock radio would turn me away from the car. I wouldn't buy a car with a aftermarket radio no matter how much it cost. Seen too many butcher jobs done in my time. I'm an old man and the stock radio is more than fine for me.

I also replaced the stock wheels with black wheels from west corvette. I guess I will sell them separately so I don't lose on them. I hate to take them off though they look so sharp silver vette with black wheels

Sell is with the stuff you put on . .. but don't expect to get your investment back . . .
Good luck with the sale.
