Part wise from the tranny back what do you need. I have the RPM stage 4 rear in the car right now.

I think maybe wrong section? I'm sorry I can't give you an answer. But probably have better chances in a different section.

There's actually a long thread about the auto swap in the FI section.

From the tranny back? the trans bolts to the rear. there is a block off plate that goes between the two that you will need to get.

Computer will need to be tuned with an auto tune.

I've done the swap. It's not bad at all.

K I was thinking the auto torque tube was shorter, so the plate makes the difference. Also, who sell a good aftermarket plate.

OK...I misunderstood your question.

from the engine back, you'll need;
Auto bell housing
flex plate
coupler
auto torque tube
converter drive plate
converter
plate between trans and diff. it's just a seal for the fluid. no aftermarket
auto shifter and cable
shifter inter lock cable. this goes from the ignition switch to the shifter
auto wiring harness - this follows the torque tube to the rear of the car.
Auto trans conversion harness available from RPM transmissions. This goes from the aforementioned harness into your PCM.

Use new GM bolts on the flex plate, coupler, converter and converter drive plate.
They're cheap. Get them from Gene at GM Partshouse.

Have fun.

Also, check out the thread in the FI section. There is a good explanation on the shifter cable bracket that you'll have to fabricate, since it is a discontinued item.
