So I take my 2003 vert to get the North Carolina annual safety inspection (my county does not have emission test) and the right headlight will not come up. It does this on occasion. I opened the hood and turned the emergency **** counter clock wise a few turns and it worked. Makes no noise to indicate a bad gear. Anyone know a fix for this? Thanks

This can be caused by the tan stop bumpers being deformed by the headlight mechanism over time. Try removing them and put them back on 180 degrees from where they were originally. See if that helps!
