It has been a while since I replace mine, I believe mine took 4 per side, 8 total.

Melting Slicks
the rear bumpers are used, but only when the headlights are open. open the headlights and take a look, the part of the headlight door that extends beyond the hinges come into contact with those bumpers when open, they are vital to keeping the headlights stable when open.
it is lucky thought that its the long sides of those which make contact, but the short sides of the ones on the gear motor, so they are perfect for rotating them around when the motor ones start to wear out.
