[Z06] how much does a z06 weigh?

how much does a z06 weigh?

With, lets say, about a half tank of gas and a 180 lb. driver?

Just weighed it.

10 gallons of gas. Everything in the car as delivered with 1200mi.
3080 lbs, so with a 180lb driver = 3260lbs.

I believe its 3180 with full tank and no driver.

I weighed mine last week on a scale w/ a digital read out. It came in at 3,080 with about 1/4 tank of gas and no driver. :cheers:

Weighed at the track, With no driver, and about 2 gallons of gas. 3012 lbs...

Probably 3250 ('02) to 3265 ('01).

Mine weighed in at 3015 without driver and 5/8 tank of gas. I am 16#'s lighter than stock because of the B&B Shorty's.

MINE weighs 3050 with about 5 gallons of gas, a roll bar, and no driver.
Oh, and more that 51% is over the rear wheels.

yes, i love it too, one of the only MY vettes i like for some odd reason, do you ever make it up the the Livermore, Dublin area? (where 580 and 680 meet) and how can you drive that around when its so low to the ground? :cheers:

YellowFvr, i just realized you were in Danville, do you go cruising in your vette in the Blackhawk area at night? (friday, saturday, whenever) if you do, i see you almost every weekend, lol

I weighed mine 1 hr ago at a certified truck scale. With floor mats, tire kit, owners manual, but minus videotape. I just put 10 gallons in it, then weighed it.

thanks :cheers: i just didn't want someone to say, oh yeah, i forgot, i took out the passenger seat, and all the body panels, you know, i though they were about 3,100 or 3,200, thanks for the info guys :)

Yeah, I do live around blackhawk....I'm kinda one of those people you always see driving around.....the yellow doesn't help either :) I'll be in downtown danville on hartz. near starbucks at about 8:30 tonight if you wanna come check out the new nitrous setup :).
