Default CCW Customer Service

Amazing, just simply amazing. I didn't even buy my wheels new. I picked them up used and had some questions so I emailed John. He knows he isn't going to get an order for wheels from me at this time but has been very responsive. He gave me input on proper tire size and saved me from doing a brake upgrade that would not have fit.

Buy with confidence, product is excellent and the customer service is amazing...

Started with my first set in 2008....
Over the last couple of years upgraded to "repeat offender" status
Last week he tells me... You are now considered to be a "Habitual Offender"!!!!

My one and only experience (thus far) has been great! I live on the other best/west coast of Florida and John had my 505As with tires installed and balanced on my door step 3 days after my order!

None better than John and Chip. Also Melissa when she was there.

I bought a set of CCW Big Street Classics and then a set of CCW SP500's for the L5 flare setup. I simply called John and told him I wanted the widest wheel/tire combination without sticking out. He made up 18x10 and 19x13 SP500's with 275x30 and 345x30 PS2's. I know several people who contacted John and told him "I want the same set WKMCD runs."

Between John and Chip at CCW and Chip at Custom Corvette Accessories they could give classes in great customer service!

I'm on my 3rd set.

Ccw was backed up, my wheels were already a month late, so when they were ready a few days later, the OVERNIGHTED them to me.

Got my classics used and they were able to look up the specs by old owners name to assure fitment. They also answered all my questions and seemed very happy to do soeven looked up a set on ebay I was looking at and told me they appeard clear coated which i didnt want.. I couldnt pay 3k+ for ANY set of wheels but thats just me, if that ever changed I would ONLY by CCW wheels.

How many companies do you call and the owner answers the phone. I've got my classics many years now, I've also earned repeat offender status. Luckily I haven't damaged a wheel in a long time. I called up because I thought I had an unusual question. I spoke to John and he was familiar with my problem. Problem solved.

Still on my first set I purchased Feb 2008. (6.5 yrs old now).

Luckily never had an issue, but I feel confidant CCW would help me if I needed something.

Some companies just get it right, which nowadays is so hard to do. Like East Coast Supercharging here in New Jersey, I don't think I've ever read a bad review about ECS or CCW ever. Both companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with.
