Default Found an unpluged metal tube under my throttle body !!

I was detailing my engine and right underneath my throttle body there is a metal tube that's sticking out about 1 inch long ! No hose going to it as I looked around if a hose had fallen off or something but nothing !
What could that be ? do you guys have a hose going to it ?

Sounds like someone before you installed a coolant bypass. Now, if you are the first owner of the car, that would be out of the question.

Good suggestion - I can't think of much else that would be there but a coolant bypass.

A PO did the coolant bypass on mine & left the same tube open. I put a vacuum cap on mine just to cover it.
