Default Seat track repair. Now seat wont go back.

Hey Guys I got new seat covers and foam. When disassembling the seats I found a bunch of the rivets had fallen out causing the rocking. I bought a broken rail. To be specific, the plastic gear the moves the seat up and down was broken, and I used one of my good ones from my old rail.

I also did the seat track repair. I tested it after doing one side and it worked fine, I had to test it to move the rail forward to install the stand that goes inside the rail for the new mounting tab. I got the covers on and all back together and now the seat moves up and down and the bladders work but the seat wont move back or forward. The motor clicks and the gears turn a tiny bit. Its like they are binding up but I cant find where.

Anyone ran into this before?

No Its new and I even started the car and tested with the engine running. I pulled the seat frame off to make testing easier, and all the sudden it works. Its very weak though, If I put a little pressure on the rail while its moving it will stop and it takes a few tries to get it going again. Moves pretty quick forward though.
