19x12s + 305s + Narrow Body = New Look
I'm back with yet another set of wheels on my car. I think these are the fifth set since I got my car.
Anyway, they are 18x9.5" fronts with 19x12" rears with relatively low offsets for the C5. I am running 245/40 and 305/30 tires to make up for lower offsets and make everything fit the car better. When I get the car aligned, I'll likely add an extra degree or so of camber in to help fit the rears a little better. Overall, I like the look a lot and these are the nicest wheels I've ever owned. They are in need of a repolish, but I went ahead and got them on since I sold my old TSWs very quickly
So here you go, lightly stretched 305's on 19x12 stickie outties. So far the car hasn't exploded or put anyone else in danger as the previous thread suggested, but then again, I've only put about 75 miles on this setup.

rears look good as they sit now. personally, i don't see a need to lower camber more. but if it'll look good to you, have at it. i get enough "opinions" as it is with my 19x12 and 325 sticking out past the fender well.
oh and i had 285 on my 19x12 when i bought them. never did wreck or kill anyone either.

Your car looks great with this set up. I'm just not a big fan of the wide body fenders on a C5. Takes away from the smooth lines that is what makes the C5 look so great.

That setup is known as "Poke"...way too popular in the Bimmer world. Not a huge fan as I like my tires to add some protection for the wheels, but it does look good.
