C-5 Pricing ?
I'm preparing to sell my C-5 in about another month. Just wondering what C-5 general's opinion of what is the car worth? Most of the Mods are in the signature. Car is completely streetable with all accessories (AC etc) and has been garage kept .
The car will run 10's all day long. 9's under the right conditions with the right driver. The car was featured in GM High Tech magazine in 2007.
Don't really want to sell it but I only drive it a few times a year. The car has less than 31k miles.

An 01' C5 Coupe with 30kmi in great condition is worth about $19k, a heavily modded one is worth even less, however a car is really worth what someone is willing to pay so I'd start your pricing a little more then that and go from there..

The key to selling yours is going to be to find someone that WANTS all of those mods. (I wouldn't mind having them, but there a a LOT in the vette community that want as close to stock as possible.) Regardless, prepare to take a huge hit on what you invested in the car to start with... you'll never get close to recouping all of it. GLS

That's how you can make your money back. The more stock the car is, the easier it is to sell and you can recover some additional $$$ selling the parts.

I can tell you from personal buying experience that I wouldn't even open the ad if the Vette was modified engine wise. Just my personal preference. As the others said, It's all about finding someone who is looking for something already modded out

Today especially now that you can buy factory SUPERCARS, why waste the time and the money??

The Mods were done by 2 of the most reputable shops here in the Tri state area Cartek and ECS. And I have all if not most of the receipts.
I spoke to a Friend of mine who had a Modded C-6 and sold it not too long ago. He gave me some insight on what to do to get it sold.
I have contemplated pulling the supercharger and returning the motor to near stock, leave the exhaust and intake alone along with a few other things. I'm going to take shot and try selling it as is first.
