Plasti dipped the WHOLE car
In satin black turns heads like crazy now when I'm out and about. I think I'll keep the chrome contrast as well, didn't know if I would like it, but it makes my excessive-compulsive wheel cleaning happy, and looks nickle slick in person. Gonna do another color in a month or two, what should I do??? been thinking a bright lime green, with silver metalic...

I have been thinking about taking out the front bolts, and getting spacers for the rears (wanna keep the rims since they were the last 19's ever made be the company in this style) but havn't gotten around to it yet :/ I might take the side moldings off next year, but I already have my base coat down for my next paint job, so im not gonna do it now.

Looks like you did a good job with the Plasti-Dip.

I have the professional gun to do the job. Everything with 3 gallons of paint was about $530 shipped, and these cars only really take 2.5. So next time I wanna paint it, its only like 55-75 bucks a gallon of solid colors, 2 gallons for my next job was knly $128 shipped It was not rattle can, I have the HVLP gun and turbine and everything, only way to get nice even results like this

I think it came out good. Any pics close up. I've used plasidip from a spray can it tends to look too much texturized. Just wondering if it looks smoother using the proper spray gun. I would love to do mine in a matte white just scared of how it will look if it gets dirty.

as you can see, yes, there is ever so slight "texture" to the finish. But if you were to run your hand over it, you would liken it to orange peel on a factory paint job. It is VERY slight, and nothing you would notice unless I pointed it out to you. As you can see in the picture of the side of the car there, with the sun refracting off of it, that it is super even, and doesn't look unusual in person at all.
