Not really, just depends on what you like. When I had the hashmarks on the fender of my '00, they were in a gloss red vinyl. I've seen other that have a less glossy finish, perhaps even a matte finish.

I do vinyl graphics for a living waxing is no problem. Try and use oracal if possible it holds up the longest also consider having them laminated for durability. We did my ss nova with reflective vinly that lasted 15 years before it faded car was never in a garage.If you know what you want talk to me I might be able to help.Im working on hashmarks with jake digital printed in them

Brad, thanks for the input, the stripes were already on the car when I got it, the look great but I do want to put some protection on the entire car, I was thinking of using zaino and wanted to know if I would cause any issues.
