Looking at different cams

I have a 03 Z and I plan on doing bolt ons and a cam soon. what cam would get me around 430 rwhp and still have good driveability?? Also my car has 41k miles so is valve springs and push rods all I really need to do when doing the cam swap?

My 99 M6 has a 231/237 Speed Inc out of Schaumburg il cam. Very street ble and made 400rwhp so your Z should make 425+.
