Permatex 82180 Ultra Black Maximum Oil Resistance RTV Silicone Gasket Maker, 3.35 oz. Tube is what I used and worked well. My halo where the roof panel studs slide in had tears in a few places and it held everything together nicely. Available at auto parts stores.

3M makes a good weatherstrip adhesive as well.

I used this 2 years ago for the exact same type of repair and still holding just fine.

CA glue from the hobby store. A small bit goes a long way.... Will dry in seconds so you don't have to sit there and hold it. Worked perfect for me

I saw a vid about doing this without making a mess. Put a thin film on each end and let it dry until tacky. Then add a thin film to one side and press together.

Key is to not put a blob of it in there so it leaks out.
