Thanks! The gold is hit or miss with people, but I get a lot more compliments then I thought. They look a little more gold in person than in this pic too, this was nearing sunset so they look a tiny bit orange tinted...

Looks good, what was the cost to refinish the wheels? I would like to have mine refinished and painted, when I have them widened for flares, but when I researched it some in the past, it seemed it would be as much as buying a new set of lower cost wheels.

What does the emblem say on the front quarter?

Well HRE isn't cheap, that's for sure. I was quoted by HRE $2400 to rebuild all wheels. That was centers re-painted, lips re-polished, new valves stems, all new hardware, and new center caps. That was too high for me, so I went to one of HRE's authorized dealers. Wheel Enhancement quoted me $1400 for the same work, so I went with them. Funny thing is it was still HRE that did the job, I dropped shipped them directly to HRE! I think $1400 was worth it.

The badge says "427" in red, then "Z07 Corvette" below that. It used to have an LS7 in it, but now it has an LS3. Long story as to why it went from an LS7 to an LS3...

We are here all day.

I'll probably shoe horn an LS3 in the FRC if the LS1 ever gives out.
