Default [New shoes on today] Show me your HRE's...

I'll never forget the first time I saw these beautiful 540's on a C5, it was a 2001 MY Z06 in 2001 at the annual Ecklers's show in Titusville. I said one day I will have those on a C5.

Finally after all these years I found the deal worth doing, $1800 delivered from a kind forum member, with 245/30/19 fronts and 285/30/20 rears (tires have great tread but are made in Indonesia lol).

As the tread says, show me your HRE's. If you know the sizes, post them as well. I can look at HRE's all day long.

Here was my previous setup, 20" inch all the way around with a 4" rear lip, Ruff Racing wheels, heavy china crap but held up well.

Those look killer on your car! I Purchased the same wheel in 17 and 18 over the winter, they will go on the car next month when she comes out of hibernation. Can't wait.

I do agree that the deep dish Ruff's looked better in some respects, it was just time to upgrade to real 3 piece wheels. I'm sure at times I will miss that set up.

The Ruff's (and Tigershark Corsa's) are on my SuperCharged Coupe, which I have up for sale.

Awesome to see all three looks on a pewter FRC, the first pic makes me want to plastidip these sooner than later.

Which set up do you have now?
