Default As good as it gets

These guys are the real deal. I have spent a bunch of time talking with Michael and can witness to his knowledge, passion, and commitment to excellence. I have seen and examined their work up close and gone through one of their builds with a fine tooth comb. Theirs is the highest quality work I have ever seen. If you want a high-quality and reliable build, SeriousHP and their lead man Michael DeLong is the way to go.

Default My LS7 z06

I brought my 2006 z06 with 46,000 miles to Serious HP for them to do my heads and cam. To make a long story short, my engine spun a bearing on the dyno. Mike said he’d do the teardown for free. My car was operating find prior to the job. Kind of odd this all happens on the dyno. I’m not pointing the finger at them. Just curious what could have caused the failure to happen on the dyno. I’ll keep you all posted on what they do and what happens next.

Heres an outline what I hired them to do:
- Build the heads (port & polish, new valve guides, new exhaust valves)
- Brian Tooley Stage 2 Cam Kit
- full exhaust (headers and x pipe)
- Dino tune

Are all these shops mentioned primarily GM-centric shops?

I will put in another recommendation in for Stephen and his crew at ENGLANDGREEN Performance. Stephen has always been fair, honest and reliable.
They build some really serious stuff..

Thanks Bill
I'm looking for a rebuilder in Houston for my 340 Dodge.

I would like to get 340HP if possible.

My license plate will be 340-340 if it happens. Otherwise it will be SLOPAR.

Stephen and his crew did all the work on the C5Z that I had, and again now on my current C6Z. Worth every penny I've ever spent there, and I won't hesitate to go back.
