Thanks for the info, just did mine for 2 rebates. Mobil 1 has another offer for a personalized license plate frame when you purchase (1) 5 quart jug or multi-quart of any eligible Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil products. Offer dates 3/31/16 to 5/31/16. Log on to this site. mobil1.us/framme

Walliemart is a participating location. I got two rebates back last year using Walliemart receipts.

Down to the last 2 weeks of this promo. Expires 5/31/17.

Just picked up 2 jugs at Walmart on roll back for $22.88 each. That means these will cost me $10.88 each after rebate.

It's back again until 10/31/2017 and yes it works if you purchase from Walmart. Just picked up 2 5QT jugs for $22.88 each.

Changed my oil/filter in April '17 and sent in the rebate info. Got the check about a month later. Love that.

I could never get the website to accept the picture of my receipt, so I called the number listed and asked for help. The customer service representative was very nice and suggested that I print out the form and mail it in. The form only has a maximum of two listed, so she told me to fill out two forms and attach my receipt. Hopefully, that will get me the rebate for four jugs.
