Uh oh. Installed my CAGS shift eliminator.
When I popped the connector off the fender wall the clip went flying... It's either in orbit or deep in the bowels of the fender.
What's it called and where do I get one?
Thanks!

Guess I don't understand what exactly you took apart. The CAGS Eliminator is (or at least was when I did it) installed on a harness that is connected to the transmission itself on the driver's side. You just unplug the stock connector, plug in a close off cap to the receptacle on the tranny, then plug in the eliminator to the wire that was removed from the tranny. Then you just zip tie the wires/eliminator up and out of the way.
The CAGS wires are not attached to a fender wall unless something has drastically changed since I installed one on the '00 I had.

The Compliance Parts product is different. It doesn't install on the trans. It's up near the battery and deletes the shift light as well.
There are two gray connectors directly to the side of the battery attached to the inside of the fender.
It's the one closest to the top.

Hardest part was getting the connector off the fenderwall!

Your right, the CAGS eliminator that I had left the shift light on. Thanks for clarifying what you used - I was not familiar with that particular product.
