Default Wobbly Head lights.. headlight motor repair / replace help

Recently had my headlights upgraded to Bi Xenon jobs which are awesome..

but have a bit of an issue with them...
when you are driving you get some 'Wobble' and light shakes... now this did happen prior to Xenons install, but assumed maybe just one of those things as my C3 was the same thing..
however on closer inspection over weekend its only happening on one side and the other one seems stable. so looks like maybe the mechanism?

just wondering if anyone has had the same issue.. or a fix? I do remember seeing threads on replacing a plastic wheel part of mechanism with a metal one.. not sure if that's related to this issue or not? also maybe worth doing at the same time

so any help would be great... and also is it a fix or replace? with the extra bright lights, bit more of an issue..

thanks,

I had the headlight jiggle.

I used a zip tie on one of the rods on the headlight to prevent it from moving. It seems to have done the trick.

I had the same problem after installing the Bi Xenon's . I found replacing the rubber bumpers helped fix the problem of the headlite jiggle . Below is a link to the bumpers - Hope this helps

Mine jiggled after installing. I checked everything and it ended up being the four screws that held the headligh bulb/lens into the housing. They are covered with a black rubber/silicon type of sealer
