Default New Shoes & Ugly Butt fix

Finally got my new wheels/tires installed on my baby (99 Pewter) this week to replace the wagon wheels.
I had a hard time deciding on the color, but ended up going with the Gunmetal...
Ordered them from Florida Speed Shop ~~Thanks Keith !!
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...nd-chrome.html

I also Plasti-Dipped the lower fascia yesterday in an attempt to fix the "ugly butt" problem.
I've only had her for a month, but we are making progress...

Those wheels go really well with your pewter car - great choice. And the lower rear fascia looks much better now.

Rims look great especially the color.
Nice looking Pewter coupe but I prefer the one-color stock look of the C5 rear fascia. IMO the stock rear fascia of the C5 is one of the the best looking of all the generations. At least you can peel off the plasti-dip.

also, the C5 Z06 Ti exhaust is a very cost-friendly upgrade that improves the looks.

Very nice choice on your wheels, compliments the car, and on your particular car I like the black rear end treatment. Coming along very nicely sir! Best wishes!

Thanks guys, I appreciate the comments/input...
98C5P, I wish I had seen a pic of yours before I ordered. It would've made my decision on the color choice for the wheels much easier. Saxxy, I've been following your thread as well... It's looking good.
It's only been a month, but I've had a blast so far and looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

It took me a few weeks to decide on these wheels and color. It was a hard decision to make, trying to find something that looks decent with pewter!

I just installed them last week as I was waiting for back ordered tires.

Enjoy your car!
