I had a severe fueline problem the past day or so. After starting it there was a pool of gasoline at the rear of the car. I almost had a heart attack there was so much gas and the prospect of a spark would have killed me from the fire. Anyway, I suspected a gas filter problem.... but that wasn't the case. I eventually found out that rodents have nested up inside the frame above the fuel tank and CHEWED all 4 fuel lines apart! Let me tell you what a pain it was to remove the pieces. Anyway I was able to get replacement fuel injection line and reuse all the old end connection pieces. GM routed all the fuel lines inside the frame and between a metal shield. UGHHHH!

No worries now except setting poison bait out.

I would have thought any rodent that ate rubber fuel line would be dead? But I guess not, and to top it off the critter had to pick the most difficult and hardest place to do it in. You have no idea how hard to reach those lines and replace them is. I pray for everyone they never have to do this to their C5's. Those lines should have been metal if they(GM) thought about it.

I was never a fan of white Corvettes or stripes until I seen yours a while back.
Somehow it just works. I don't know how you pulled that off but it really looks good.
I forgot what the interior looks like, but I'm in process of doing mine. I think your interior may have been one that convinced me to make a change in mine.

Anyway, I will bet it is nice to be driving again.

I'm considering covering my dash too. Is that skin from JF? I have a bunch of their skins but not a dash. I'm planning on doing some real carbon fiber. I got two rolls.

You like red. What are your thoughts. Anything you would advise against. My car is a black coupe.
Cleaning it as a bitch. I leave a power washer in the drive. There is something to be said for white.

The dash is covered in red leather by DoubleDMods, the door panels are leather too.
