Jonathan, I saw on the website that both hi and lo beams can be had in HID, and the fogs.
I am currently running 9011 and 9012 headlight bulbs in the stock lens and amber LEDS in the fogs, which are really there for effect, they don't do much. The headlights were recommended by Daniel Stern, and they are an improvement.
So if I switch to your total headlight/fog kit, will my down the road lighting be greatly improved? Also, does the kit require location of 6 separate ballasts?
Thanks! Again, glad you're back!

Yes, each ballast for each bulb. If you don't use your highs that much you may look into skipping those. I would definitely suggest the fogs though.

I always mounted mine in the area beneath the headlights. There is tons of room there and they stay out of sight. I just prefer a clean installation personally. They won't affect the pop ups. You just have to mount them out of the headlight swing path which isn't an issue even with multiple ballasts.

How do you fasten the ballasts? I've used zip ties in the past when the tape gave out. Can ballasts be mounted next to, or on top of each other, or is the heat factor a problem?

A lot of ballasts come with double stick tape which didn't last, and short wire harnesses, both of which became a problem with my previous c5. I also like a clean install. The short wires on my last ones would not allow me to mount them in the more secure location without them becoming subject to the moving parts of the popups.

Many customers have mounted them on top of each other with good results. There is plenty of room to mount them down there without stacking them though.
