Ever see another Vette with your color?

The production numbers are pretty low, and I understand why. I didn't go out looking for a dark green C5, I just happened to find one in very good condition, and when I saw the car in person, I was surprised by how much I liked it. My phone's camera sucks at contrast in bright sunlight, but:
I get a lot of compliments on how beautiful my car is. The best by far was an older friend of mine who I met as a customer. Chuck was very surprised when I picked up a C5, and straight up told me he didn't think I came across as a Corvette person. Then upon seeing the car, he kept repeating "you don't usually see them in that color" and talking about how gorgeous it was and... made a offer on it. So yeah, you don't see a lot of them and they seem to make a good impression!

I was driving around town and drove past a Millenium Yellow convertible in somebody's driveway. I've looked for it and seen it every time since, so somebody else in town owns one.
I've never seen a Millenium Yellow on the road.

Saw a Pewter like mine at Carlisle and have a friend with one. I could have bought a mag red but too many miles. I really wanted a Fairway green one but close up pix scared me away.

Nbm down the street
I purchased a 1999 navy blue metallic convertible in the fall. I never see the colour around (Ontario, Canada) but it turns out that there is a guy down the street who also owns a nbm C5 convertible. It's a small world sometimes.

i see black coupes (mine is a 2003) everywhere and it's kind of fun to check them out and see how mine compares and learn ways to make it look better.
When I was looking for a Corvette a couple of years ago, I was smitten with the 1998 medium purple pearl metallic. I would drool over photos of that car. I've never seen one in person.

The only time I ever saw another PC was in Seattle at the start of the Caravan '14 tour. I've heard there's one locally about an hour away but I've never seen it

No, not in three years of owning my Speedway White 2001 Coupe.
There are two black ones I see all the time and that is about it.

I've actually ran into 3 other magnetic red C5s. Once a dealer had one on their lot, once I ran into one going the opposite direction, and I've seen another one 3-4 separate times at a local shopping center parking lot. I've actually parked next to it a few times. I think the owner must work in the area.
I think the only colors of C5 I haven't yet seen on the road are aubergine, green, and the super rare copper.
Nassau blue and midnight blue are fairly rare. I've only seen them once or twice. Most common color I see is probably silver.

I thought I never would because you know, yellow (2nd to silver) is the color that most do not particularly like. I drive to local car meets and I usually see 2 or 3 yellow Z's. Drive the TA and it's the only one in the lot.

There is maybe 1 other C5 in town (black), not too many downtown, either. I've only seen one other silver while driving mine in the 3 years I've had it.
