Default Ls 7 c5 z06

Just installed a Vararam CAI and a set of QTP cutouts. All I can say is WOW what a difference in performance. Car went from 518 RWHP/486 RWTQ to 550 RWHP/512 RWTQ with cutouts open. Same shop and same Dyno was used. Engine has a mild cam 1 7/8 Kooks ported factory intake with ported factory throttle body. 93 Octane gas. Really pleased with the outcome of grabbing low hanging fruit.

I have to give a shout out to Bruce at HAWKS MOTORSPORTS for the great tune they put on the car.

I don't think he meant any harm asking for pics. We all love LS7's in a C5 and we all like to see pics of that

Thank you sir! Per contemporary forum etiquette, my emoticon was merely meant as a show of enthusiasm. Posting a picture is easy on Corvette forum! It's one of the few forums in existence that you don't need to self-host. Just click the 'picture' icon and upload for free!

Were you using the stock filter previously? Must have been really choked.

Yes I was using the stock airbox and a factory filter. I have to admit I was surprised with the gains. When the engine was first installed I was told that the stock air box and exhaust was holding it back, just goes to show how much power can be made when the engine can breathe.
